A father's love

So I got this call from one my students this morning. I was running late to work and she called to ask if I was coming in. I said yes, slightly annoyed. She asked when I would get in. "about 15 minutes" I replied, slightly more annoyed. She said "great, I'll wait." I said okay, wondering what fresh hell would be visited upon my arrival.

I arrived and the student told me she had been looking into what fathers teach their children. The basic theme is that fathers teach their children whatever it is that the father loves. If the father loves football, they teach the child football. If the father loves reading, the child is taught to read. So she thought to herself "what does Jeremy love?" and she answered herself with "Doing dangerous things with weapons."

I kinda had to agree. (yeah, each word links to a blog post that features a weapon or martial arts).

So, from a bag she produces the following:
Bottle, check. Diapers, check. Armory, triple check.
This is awesome enough that I feel it is time to share the following video.

You're Welcome.
